Had you contacted me before that on your iphone, asked a friend to do it etc with 3 words (I can't come?) I'd have known and would have changed my plans accordingly. But you said you were in London (QUOTE: "and friend hosted us, I didn’t know that she lives in london.") and then you were in Hospital for 5 weeks. Really try and see it from my perspective. What were the name of any doctors that treated you, I'd like to send both the hospital and the doctors there some flowers to say thank you.
